Vaultron AI Text Messaging Program
Last updated: 9/7/2026
Overview
Vaultron AI operates an automated SMS system for home services contractors. Text messages are only sent to a caller after they affirmatively opt in during a live phone call — no text message is ever sent to someone who has not first called the business and explicitly chosen, via phone keypad, to continue by text.
Consent & Opt-In Process
When a call to the business goes unanswered, the caller is connected to an automated voice menu that says: "Thanks for calling the business you called. We're sorry we missed you. To continue with our SMS AI assistant, press 1. To leave a voicemail, press 2."
Consent to receive text messages is captured only when the caller presses 1 on their phone keypad during that call. This keypress is a discrete, timestamped action taken by the caller in real time, not an assumption based on a missed call. If the caller presses 2 instead, no text message is sent at all — they are simply prompted to leave a voicemail, and the business is notified separately.
Only after a caller presses 1 to opt in does the system send its first text message, introducing the AI assistant and beginning to gather details about the request.
Message Sequence
After opting in, the system gathers details including name, property address, project type, and reason for the request. Customers then receive up to three appointment options to select via numbered reply (1, 2, or 3), followed by booking confirmation.
Message Frequency & Volume
Typical conversations generate between 4 and 10 messages per completed booking, varying based on conversation length.
Rates & Opt-Out
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
