Terms of Service — Vaultron AI

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vaultron AI's automated communication services, provided by LeadGuard AI LLC ("Vaultron AI," "we," "us," or "our") on behalf of our Clients (home services contractors).

Description of Service

Vaultron AI provides an automated SMS-based system that responds to inbound inquiries to our Clients' businesses, qualifies service requests, and schedules appointments. Message content may include qualifying questions, appointment availability, and appointment confirmations.

Consent to Receive Messages

By contacting a Client's business phone number (including via a missed call that triggers an automated response), you consent to receive text messages related to your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP.

No Guarantees on Pricing, Timelines, or Outcomes

Vaultron AI's automated messages do not constitute a quote, price commitment, warranty, or guarantee of service timelines. Any such commitments are made solely at the discretion of the Client business you are working with, outside of this automated system.

Limitation of Liability

Vaultron AI acts as a scheduling and communication intermediary on behalf of Clients and is not responsible for the performance, quality, or outcome of services rendered by the Client business.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
