LeadGuard AI LLC, doing business as Vaultron AI ("Vaultron AI," "we," "us," or "our"), provides automated lead qualification and appointment scheduling services on behalf of home services contractors ("Clients"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information, including phone numbers used for SMS text messaging.
Information We Collect
When a homeowner or property owner ("End User") contacts one of our Clients' businesses by phone, we may collect: the End User's phone number, name, property address, and details about the service being requested (such as project type and a description of the issue).
How We Use Information
We use this information solely to: respond to the End User's inquiry via SMS text message, qualify the service request, schedule an appointment with the Client, and share relevant appointment and job details with the Client for the purpose of fulfilling the End User's request.
SMS Messaging
End Users initiate contact by calling a Client's published business phone number to request service (such as a roofing inspection, quote, or repair). If that call goes unanswered, Vaultron AI sends the End User one automated text message on the Client's behalf, continuing the conversation the End User initiated, to gather job details and offer appointment times. No message is sent to a number that has not first called the business. Message frequency varies depending on the conversation, typically 4-10 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. End Users may reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, or HELP for assistance.
No Sharing of Mobile Information
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are used only to communicate with the End User regarding their specific service request and are shared only with the Client business the End User contacted (for the purpose of fulfilling that request) and with service providers (such as our SMS and calendar infrastructure providers) strictly as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers to any third party.
Data Retention
We retain End User information for as long as necessary to fulfill the service request and to comply with legal and business record-keeping obligations.
Your Rights
End Users may request that their information be deleted or may opt out of future communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by contacting us at hello@vaultronai.com.
